By providing your mobile number and voluntarily selecting the SMS opt-in checkbox on The DTF Champs website, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to order confirmations, order-status updates, secure-locker pickup notifications, pickup instructions, access codes, and pickup reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive necessary order communications by email or phone.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your orders and pickup activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Welcome to The DTF Champs. By accessing or using www.thedtfchamps.com, placing an order, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Products & Services

The DTF Champs provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, gang sheets, custom apparel, UV DTF products, and related printing services.

Because our products are custom made, production begins shortly after your order is submitted.

2. Customer Artwork Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for all artwork submitted.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

  • You have the legal right to print any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted.

  • Your files meet your desired quality standards.

The DTF Champs does not review artwork for spelling, grammar, copyright, trademark infringement, image quality, color accuracy, or resolution unless artwork editing services have been specifically purchased.

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are:

  • PNG format (when applicable)

  • Transparent background

  • Minimum 300 DPI recommended

  • Correct size

  • Properly prepared for printing

Files are printed exactly as submitted.

3. Print Quality Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary from what is displayed on computer monitors, tablets, or mobile devices due to differences in screen calibration, printers, inks, materials, and lighting conditions.

Minor color variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Order Approval

By submitting your order, you acknowledge that:

  • Your artwork is approved for production.

  • You understand that your files will be printed as submitted.

  • Production may begin immediately after purchase.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

5. Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for retrieving their orders during business hours.

A valid order number or pickup verification code may be required before an order is released.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage or disposal at our discretion after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

The DTF Champs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed products unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

  • The order materially differs from what was ordered.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include clear photographs of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer design errors

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Color variations

  • Improper application of transfers

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

8. Heat Press Responsibility

Proper application of DTF transfers requires appropriate equipment and application settings.

The DTF Champs is not responsible for damage or poor results caused by:

  • Incorrect temperature

  • Incorrect pressure

  • Incorrect pressing time

  • Improper peeling technique

  • Improper garment selection

  • Failure to follow provided application instructions

9. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of artwork they legally own.

By submitting artwork, you grant The DTF Champs a limited license to reproduce the artwork solely for fulfilling your order.

You agree to indemnify and hold The DTF Champs harmless from any claims involving copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from artwork you submit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The DTF Champs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with website operations.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

12. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors may be corrected at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing or technical errors.

13. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during checkout, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your order, including:

  • One-time verification codes

  • Pickup codes

  • Order status updates

  • Customer service communications

These messages are provided solely to facilitate your order.

Consent to receive transactional messages is not a condition of purchase.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

16. Changes to These Terms

The DTF Champs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
