What is DTF?
Direct to Film (DTF) is an innovative technique employed in the production of T-shirts. DTF enables the creation of vibrant, full-color designs that can be seamlessly transferred onto various garments using a heat press. The process of Direct To Film Printing involves the application of specialized ink onto a film designed for textile products
What is a gang sheet?
A "gang sheet" is a term used to describe the process of printing multiple designs and various colors on a single transfer sheet.
What format should my file be? Any resolution guidelines?
Your file must be a high resolution transparent PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD or AI. Please send at least 300 DPI resolution file for a higher quality print. It is your responsibility to check the quality of the uploaded file.
What are the pressing instructions?
Operating Instructions:
1. Preheat your heat press to the temperature to 320°F (160°C)
2. Using medium pressure press for a duration of 10-15 seconds
3. Wait 15 seconds or few mins based on film choice
5. Peel from the sides based on the film choice
6. Re-press if needed for 10-15 seconds at 320°F (160°C)
What size print do I need for my shirts?
In general,
Pocket: 4 inches
Baby Onesie: 5 inches
Toddler: 6 inches
Youth: 8 inches
Adult XS, S, M, L, XL: 11-12 inches
Adult 2XL, 3XL: 12-14 inches Adult 4XL: 15 inches
