Need to pick up your order outside of business hours? Add After-Hours Secure Locker Pickup to your order for $3.99 per order.

Once your order is ready and placed in our secure locker, customers who have separately opted in to SMS notifications will receive a text with their unique access code and pickup instructions. Locker pickup is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keep your access code private.

SMS notifications are optional. Providing a mobile number at checkout does not automatically enroll you in text messages. SMS consent is not required to complete an order, use locker pickup, or receive your access code. If you do not opt in, have opted out, or cannot receive a text, call 225-275-5888 during our business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Central) for pickup assistance and your access code after identity verification.

Please retrieve your order within 48 hours of receiving your pickup notification. After 48 hours, unclaimed orders will be removed from the locker and held for pickup during regular business hours. The $3.99 fee covers the locker service and is not a shipping charge.
